The other day I was thinking about the fact that there are so many designers around, ever since I took interest in digital media design I came to the conclusion that the line between an average designer and a good designers is pretty thin. Because, what defines a good designer? Is it all about eye-candy? Can't be, because what one defines as good, could be easily hated by another. Is it all about useability? And what is useability anyway? Making something easy to use isnt per se good, cause what is left about the experience of using something? Does it have to be fun to use? depends, are u designing for a bunch of kids or will old farts be bro

First journal entry, Wouldnt even know where to start, last few couple of days have been super hectic, school started again... Didnt do much of homework in the holidays, and we are also moving to a new neighbourhood so that isnt really helping the workflow. On top of that im working on some new webtemplates and trying to develop my own style wich isnt easy because of all these influences coming from every direction, am i urban, am i rock? should my website be stylish and simple, cut and clean? My god... it's never ok cause I will never be able to satisfy every set of eyes, everyone has their own invidual sence of taste... so nevermind that,
